1.0− I am very disappointed with my stay at Haus Katharina in Kaprun. One of the main reasons I booked this accommodation was because it clearly stated that the Summer Card was included with the reservation. However, after arriving, I was asked to fill in my details through a link, download an app, and then I was told that I had to pay €110 for the Summer Card and the local tourist tax. This was a complete surprise and felt very misleading. If the Summer Card is advertised as included, guests should not be asked to pay extra for it upon arrival. The hospitality was also far below expectations. The owners were not welcoming or friendly. The sauna, which was one of the advertised facilities, was closed during our stay without any proper explanation. Whenever we tried to ask questions, the owners would start speaking to each other in German, laugh, and leave us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As international guests, this was disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, the accommodation did not match the experience that was advertised. Transparency, honesty, and respectful treatment of guests are essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this property failed to provide all three. I would not recommend staying here unless the listing is updated to clearly explain any extra charges and the owners improve their attitude toward guests.

10.0The best location in Kaprun, beautiful apartment with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn, pleasant and helpful owner. The summercards were a bonus. We were very satisfied.
