7.0A large room with a comfy bed.
− The air conditioner was not functioning properly during our stay. It would also be appreciated if a wider variety of breakfast options could be offered. In addition, the breakfast buffet was not replenished promptly when certain items ran out. On several occasions, we had to inform the staff that dishes needed to be refilled, and it took a considerable amount of time before they were replenished. When we requested finger bowls, we were instead asked to wash our hands at the sink. Providing finger bowls upon request would enhance the overall dining experience especially for the people with little infants. We also noticed that the Google Maps navigation directed us to a very rough access road leading to the property. It would be helpful if the location or navigation details could be updated so that guests are guided via the most suitable route. Overall, addressing these areas would significantly improve the guest experience and satisfaction.

9.0The breakfast was good and staff was also being really supportive. The view here was amazing. we got a beach front room and it had one of the best views
− The only downside was that another group staying at the resort hosted a DJ party that continued late into the night, disrupting the otherwise peaceful and relaxing environment.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the service was warm and professional throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Lakshani, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. We look forward to visiting again!
