6.0I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though.

Comfortable unit for a tired traveller
9.0Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.
− Breakfast was provided, but the receptionist did not mention that it stops at 8.30am. It is a big early to finish the breakfast buffet considering it was a Saturday morning.

4.0They asked us to change room from sweet to separated two room. I booked lake view but the room can’t see it.
