10.0The bus service and Lan Ha Bay tour were very good and affordable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was especially plentiful and delicious.

− Het hotel is verouderd en niet heel schoon. De kamers waren redelijk schoon, maar wel vlekken op muren en stopcontacten. Oude douche en wc. Gang en trappenhuis waren niet schoon met haren, sigarettenpeuken. Ontbijt okee.

10.0Staff are amazing and so helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the best night sleep I had in so long, I absolutely loved my stay here, I would recommend to everyone! Great location also
