10.0The who experience was made particularly special due to the exceptional staff who offered advice and help throughout. Nothing was ever too much for them and they went above and beyond to assist , enabling me to feel confident , safe and part of the ‘family’ as a solo traveller .

9.0The hotel is in a beautiful location. It has all amenities including a tasty bfast. The icehotel itself has been beautifully made. The sleeping bags were incredibly comfortable and warm!
− Regretfully, the icehotel has suffered from the warm days and some heavy rains of the last 2 weeks (but we could still visit and sleep in it).

9.0Spektakulær overnatting på ishotell, veldig stille, god sove pose som gjorde det behagelig og sove i minus 4 - 7 grader. Veldig god frokost med stort utvalg. God middag i restauranten på kvelden også.
