− the Spa was closed for the day and the staff didn't naturally offer an alternative or concession. This was an issue for us as I specifically booked the hotel for the last day of our tour across Turkey so we could relax in the spa/pool. Once we asked for assistance, the staff were helpful in suggesting nearby spas.

− They said they had a shuttle on the website, but when we called there was no shuttle.

10.0O café da manha foi maravilhoso. Atendimento dos colaboradores foi excelente, com várias opções para se tomar café, chá, suco, ovos, vários tipos de queijo, embutidos etc. Resumindo um excelente café da manhã.
