2.0Questa serie negativa e solo per voi Hotel.com per il vostro pessimo servizio. L'hotel era chiuso da mesi ed ho dovuto trovare altra soluzione di mia iniziativa. Ringrazio Hotel.com di avermi fatto trovare in mezzo ad una strada a quell'ora. Penso di non rivolgermi piu a voi nei miei prossimi viaggi. Saluti
Hotel shut down without our knowledge.
2.0Please see above. Needed to find a new hotel immediately. In the interim neighboring hotels were offering us sub par accommodations, though by the look of things, Pit stop seemed to be sub par as well. Happily we found appropriate accommodations. Expedia was supportive.
