Great quite location in Alcanada. Close to the Golf Club and 5 min walking from the beach. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The view from the rooftop is something else. We will be back for sure :)

Great location! The property looked just like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. It was easy to reach by car (which is definitely the best option for this area) and offered plenty of parking both inside and outside. The ground floor had a comfortable lounge area that made it easy to relax indoors, while the outdoor sun loungers were perfect for enjoying the weather. The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus, with beautiful sea views that made breakfast or an evening drink especially enjoyable. The bathrooms were spotless, and we appreciated the generous supply of towels, including extras for the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with the essentials, and since there was a SPAR nearby, it was easy to pick up anything else we needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in a great spot.

− We had some difficulties with the air conditioning. While most units were functional, three of the four bedrooms had minor issues: one wouldn’t turn on (which wasn’t a big problem for us since we were a group of six and didn’t use that room), another made a humming noise, and the third didn’t cool as effectively as expected. We also weren’t able to use the pool in the evenings due to mosquitoes.

The views from the roof were amazing. The villa was large and light, and had everything we needed. It was a nice walk to the port (around 25 mins) and we could get taxis back easily.

− We arrived early and were told we could leave our luggage as previously arranged, and return for check in at 4pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4pm, two staff members were still there cleaning, so we had to wait on the roof until 5pm when we could get into the room. This wouldn't have been too much of an issue but we were only staying 3 days, so the delay was a bit frustrating. Also, the next door neighbours trimmed their hedges and trees on our first morning, so the pool was full of tree debris and it wasn't fit for swimming in after that. This was not the owners's fault but again, was disappointing.
