Clean and spacious 2bed unit.
9.0Perfect location to Lygon Street for restaurants. A short 20min stroll to city. Unit was spacious and a good size for 3 adults. Great separate washer and dryer. Everything was clean and in good order. Staff were pleasant. Onsite covered parking affordable in terms of city parking rates.
− Summer could be hot as no aircon vents in bedroom would have to leave bedroom doors open for the lounge room aircon. Quite noisy with trucks accessing the laneway in the early morning hours.
