4.0Don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating? Management needs to evalute their cleaning standards!! Found dust underneath bed and in the air the minute I walked into the room and started the ac. The in-room onset/hot tub and shower had mold forming in the grout between the tiles. Last but not least the drain at the outdoor saunas started to backup and flood the floor; make sure you are wearing slippers or some kind of foot covers.

2.0第一次反應不乾淨就應該要協助更換房間，還說沒有房間可以更換，請我們在現場等房間，在現場等換床罩、床巾整整等30分鐘最後到好一小時。最後是客人要求才願意給其他房，最後才幫忙換到了18樓。 一句道歉、一句給客人添困擾都沒有的。連補償更不用說 其實就是服務上由上到下都超爛，沒有軟實力。以前來是覺得連早上看到客人也不會說早安，現在更想給你們一個爛字
