8.0The room was great, good location above 711 and has ocean view. Very spacious and big room. Big balcony. Good aircon. Only a short walk from pier. Very freindly staff.

8.0The location makes this room perfect and its the reason ill be coming back here for sure. Its directly above 711, right next to the temple and night market. Only 2 minute walk from pier. The room was clean and bug free which was good for koh larn. Amazing view of the ocean and pattaya/jomtien day and night.
− The toilet smell was not very nice. The bed/mattress was very firm. The walls are very thin and can hear alot of noises outside.
