4.0− Nous avons eu de l'eau froide jusqu'au dimanche matin, panne du ballon d'eau chaude. (2j/3) Il est dommage de ne pas avoir résolu la panne avant notre arrivée puisque les locataires d'avant avaient signalé le problème.

It was great overall.
7.0The location was perfect. Getting around Venice was very easy, and almost every attraction was within a 15-minute walk. The three bedrooms and comfortable bedding were great additions. The host was also extremely quick to respond and very helpful.
− However, for all three days of our stay, at least two of us had to take cold showers every day, even though we waited an hour to an hour and a half between showers. The host offered to send a technician on Monday because it was the weekend, but since we were checking out on Tuesday, we declined. Other than this, there were no major downsides.

A lovely stay that I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
10.0The apartment was more than I expected. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We had beautiful views. Communication was excellent! All our questions were answered promptly. We were met a the drop off dock and taken to the apartment with a walk thru explaining everything. I would not hesitate to book with Samantha again. We had a lovely stay.
