Good place to clean up and eat but not the best place to hangout
7.0The fire pit was cool to have and swing set was cool.
− In the shower, there is some sort of stain that was left un cleaned . In the refrigerator all of the shelves in the door were dirty/sticky. The TV upon arrival was off of the mount. We were under the impression while booking that we were getting a beach view from our room.

10.0Liked the location. It was close to Lake Huron and downtown. The size was perfect for a family of 4. I enjoyed they officed cable.

− Cottage smells like cigarettes No sound barrier from neighbor Furniture felt like plastic/uncomfortable and dirty Not very cozy/ felt like a hotel room. Shower curtain dingy Upgrade tv to streaming Couldn’t open bedroom window to air out cigarette smell Cookie sheet left in oven with crumbs on it from previous guests. Overpriced considering above

10.0It was a beautiful space. It was right on the water. Too bad it was freezing cold outside or I would have loved to sit on the deck outside. There was a full kitchen too so I could cook for kids and not order out.

Great location with beautiful views of the lake. Cozy and comfortable.
9.0Loved the location it is on the shore of lake Huron and saw some beautiful sunrises from the beach.
− Could have been a little better ventilated. Smoke from one of the other units was getting into ours. Not a big deal to us, but it may be for some.

Gold Coast Family Cottages rents weekly Saturday to Saturday from July 1st to August 31st. Daily reservations are open a week prior from the stay date for July 1st to August 31st, but are always open from September 1st to June 30th.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
