− Concierge Lady just said no English . Didn’t get of her seat . Tried to show her the place I needed to go on my phone, but wouldn’t even look . Just said no English. The Last night of my stay people in the Next room were singing in the corridors Shouting all night .To the early hours of the morning.had to be up at 6am . No staff at night to tell them to stop .

7.0The location is great if you really want to be in the heart of Naples and walking distance to the metro and stores. I thought the room itself was a good size. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind.
− We were only provided one key for two people and you need a key to enter AND exit the building. This felt like a fire hazard and was also quite inconvenient.

7.0Location was perfect, right next to Dante square, where you could find metro station, very convenient. We didn't take breakfast as it was provided at a nearby cafe, and we could get it ourselves. Guido was very helpful and a very nice host. He helped us to separate beds, and we were able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checkout. There is also an elevator, in case you need to carry your luggage. Overall the stay was good.
− The cleanliness was not up to the standard. We received the room with a dirty floor (not vacuumed or wiped) and overall dusty, including inside the wardrobe and bathroom. The curtains were very durty with bigh spots on it. Beds (twin) were very small, 80cm wide. And while I booked a twin room, upon arrival I found out it was just 2 single (very single) beds put together. Guido helped to solve this issue, but the beds were very narrow.

10.0è stato perfetto, ottima posizione, ottimo prezzo, staff cordialissimo e gentilissimo, camera molto grande e spaziosa, come essere in un hotel di alta fascia!
− L'unica pecca è stato il letto matrimoniale che erano due letti divisi, ogni tanto si apriva e si sentiva il buco in mezzo, ma per il resto perfetto!
Perfect stay in a heart of Naples modern room, great location
10.0Staff were so friendly and helpful, clean good size modern room, perfect location grocery store 1 min away, dante metro 1 min away. Clean and modern room, big shower! Highly reccommend by someone that has visited naples over seven times. I will come back💗 Possible to leave luggage there after check out and late check in possiblity!
