− Lidt ærgerligt at vi fik et værelse, der ikke helt levede op til forventninger. Diffust dør der ikke lukkede, hvis man ikke skubbede til den. Og vasken i toilettet var også diffust.

Excellent service and good location
10.0This hotel is very good and is placed in a nice location close to what is considered "central". I would like to highlight one of your employees, Furkat Rajapov, which made our trip even better. He was proactively checking for anything we needed in the restaurant area, and made my daughter really happy every time my daughter was in need of something. Furkat will be the reason we will return to Bayır Diamond Hotel. He is providing top tier service with a smile on his face. Please give this man a raise. During our stay we would check where Furkat was just to have a talk with him, since he is so calm and nice. We will return to this hotel again.
Air Conditioning does not work

− Air Conditioning does not work in the full hotel. The temperature thermostat is set by the hotel and it is very hot and uncomfortable in the room. Need to open the window to breathe and then there is too much noise from the street. Not worth the money.
