Budget hotel that is average but can do better to attract return customer.

− TV not stable …unable to watch TV let alone a Semi Final of World Cup..disappointing… TV is small size but it worked fine , it would suffice, unfortunately it did not work well at all.

− Aircond tak sejuk langsung. Dalam bilik pun ada standby kipas, pastu bila turun bawah bagitau reception. Eh dia kata bilik double dh full. Kalau nak tukar bilik kena tambah duit. Eh macam aku pulak yg buat aircond kau panas. Pastu receptionist naik bilik tengok. Kononnya nk reset aircond padahal sama je tak sejuk. Siap bgtau boleh adjust katil hadap aircond. Worse experience ever. kalau dh tau bilik tu dh tk convenient utk orang stay kau repair laa. Orang dh laa check in lewat nak rehat. Semata2 nk rehat. Pastu dapat bilik panas.
