Infrastruktur top, Servicequalität flop
5.0Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sehr gut
− Der Hotpot war zunächst brodelnd heiss, danach eher kühl. Als wir dies meldeten, wurden wir zunächst eher patzig abgefertigt; anschliessend wurde uns jedoch geholfen. Von zwei Saunen war lediglich eine in Betrieb. Am Frühstücksbuffet lag schimmliger Hobelkäse aus. Im Spa-Bereich befanden sich offene Bodensteckdosen. Im Salat war ein Haar. Beim Nachtessen im Restaurant entsprach das servierte Gericht nicht der Beschreibung auf der Speisekarte. Im Zimmer hat es zwar Kaffee-Zubehör, jedoch keine Milch oder Kaffeerahm. Der Mitarbeitende im Service war durchwegs sehr freundlich. An der Rezeption und im Kontakt mit der Leitung hatten wir hingegen den Eindruck, dass Motivation und Kundenorientierung fehlten. Das Hotel verfügt über hervorragende Voraussetzungen – eine wunderschöne Lage und grundsätzlich einen schönen Betrieb. Schade: Es hätte das Potenzial für ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Leider hinterliessen zahlreiche vermeidbare Mängel und eine insgesamt wenig stimmige Servicequalität den Eindruck, dass der Liebe zum Detail und einer konsequenten Qualitätsorientierung zu wenig Beachtung geschenkt wird.
