Nice property, attentive staff; issue with the room I booked prevented seamless stay
8.0Hot water was consistently very good, staff help with luggage, breakfast suited us with eggs cooked to order and a basket of toasts (wish I had a chance to try pancakes or a waffle too) and good americano, laundry service was quick and effective, helped with transfers when leaving hotel, beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets. Glad for the efforts to move me from a water damaged room that smelled terrible but irritated they thought it was ok to try to put me there for a 4 night reservation.
− Due to a smelly water leak with neighboring property in the room I booked, had to stay in 3 other rooms (mix of upgrades & downgrades) in 5 nights - two had bathroom plumbing issues, heat only available 6pm-6am, no heat at breakfast, one message I sent to try to get a transfer from bus station was not responded to and we had difficulty finding a safe ride late at night (then cell service wasn’t working to get Uber despite being fine when we were in Cusco initially). Towards the end offered on-site restaurant dinner as compensation but it didn’t work in our remaining schedule.
Wonderful property in heart of san blas
9.0Beautifully appointed small hotel in the heart of san blas, location was perfect. Staff highly attentive. Comfortable rooms with good hot showers and heating.
− Nothing really, it’s a great place to stay. They have a lovely restaurant and lounge area, however it wasn’t heated so didn’t feel inviting to use. The food at restaurant was excellent though.

This was the most luxurious accommodation I have stayed at since my honeymoon. Everything was fabulous.

10.0The service was FANTASTIC! All the staff where lovely and very attentive!! The ppace was great super clean and cozy and comfortable!! It made our days is Cusco wonderful! Also the food was great we fell in love with the soups! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
