VERY comfortable in a lovely house, good location in a great town. Would say Superb if renovated.

Very nice house, spacious, well appointed. Good secure garage for car. All appliances worked well. Convenient location 600m from city centre - on top of hill (good view, steep walk!).
− Online handbook for house is very brief (eg - rubbish collection?) House has high quality fitout but needs renovation of laminates in kitchen cabinets, cords for vertical blinds etc. LACKS WIFI, and we could not get TV to linkv to our phone or iPad wifi.
