10.0Clean no frills hotel at a reasonable price. Everything worked from ice machine,to all room amenities. There is some road traffic but hotel sets far enough off the highway it wasn't a problem for us. Asked for ground floor and it was honored. Breakfast is Continental but adequate for our needs. Check in was fast .

8.0The only thing was didn't seem to have a lot of insulation in walls and ceiling. We could hear someone talking on their phone and walking heavily in the upstairs room. Other than that it was good.
