9.0Locatie is geweldig, heel erg mooi, centraal gelegen en dichtbij vliegveld. Kamers zijn prachtig, uitzicht is geweldig, eten erg goed, goede onvangst.
− De snelheid van de bediening zou wat beter kunnen. Meermaals kwamen bestellingen niet echt door waardoor we lang moesten wachten en navragen waar onze koffie bleef bijvoorbeeld.

10.0The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The food is very good We had a little technical problem in our room during our stay, but the staff handled it exceptionally well.
− Service is a bit slow at the restaurant, but it's really a small detail 🙂 Thanks for the Amazing stay !

Exceptional hotel and staff in Ancash!
10.0The hotel is exceptional in design, comfort and service. We were treated very well and were very happy.
− The room was a bit warm at night. The climate at night is cool, but there was not a window that we could open.
