10.0Die Lage war super, das Personal war nicht nur Professionell sondern auch hilfsbereit und authentisch. Ich und meine Tochter sind nur zwei Tage da geblieben und wir haben fest gestellt dass, wir regelmäßig besuchen werden.

− 데스크의 남자직원은 달러로 계산하면 달러로 잔돈을 주지않고 실링으로 환전하여 주는데 환전수수료를 터무니없이 계산하여 거스름돈을 주고 호텔에 잔돈 없는 것을 고객에게 수수료를 전가한다. 도덕적으로 문제가 있다.

− Die Möbel im Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schön wäre es auch die vielen Plastikstühle mit stilvollen zu ersetzen. Es ist halt schon ein älteres Hotel.
