A nice location but a disappointing apartment
4.0The apartment was in a nice setting on the Yarra. It is also in a nice apartment building, conveniently located. The apartment itself is poorly set up and does not deserve the luxury tag. The apartment was dirty and the carpets were stained. Also the amenities were poor. For example there were minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery and they were of extremely poor quality. During our stay we were unable to access the wifi at all. The owner tried to assist but ultimately did not resolve the issue.

6.0We were looking forward to arriving with good previous communication with the apartment owner. Unfortunately upon arrival we waited for an hour in the lobby for a young employee to meet us so we could leave our bags whilst they started to clean apartment. During the cleaning process, our son turned up & after a lot of frustrating communication they let him in. Let me say that the outlook of the apartment is stunning and the aircon on a extremely hot Melbourne day is the only thing that has made this accommodation experience mediocre at best. No tea spoons, dirty floors, only one key, extremely poor hand over communication due to English not being the cleaning boy’s first language, left us feeling our stay was suboptimal and substandard. Not a great experience and possibly not to be recommended.

10.0No reception means you need to meet someone to get your room keys. They were very friendly and accommodating with us even though it was a short notice booking. Car parking was included at no extra price.
