10.0Location is great, very close to train station and grand canal. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and let us have an early check in. Very hospitable and friendly welcome. Warm reception, smells nice. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean with great amenities. The breakfast was a 10/10 experience. Loved our stay. Would definitely come back once we're back to Venice!!

10.0-The rooms were clean, hotel was safe, and reception were polite and helpful. -The hotel is around the quiet area but I would come back again because this is a wonderful decision in Venice. The centre is crowded and loud. And you can even got to other areas by either walking or taking boats. -There are lovely restaurants around (15 min buy walking). -Instead of breakfast, we got pastries from nearby bakery (look for Majer). -There is a lovely small garden you can relax after a busy day and buy some gelato from hotel restaurant.

9.0The hotel is modern and very clean. It is ten minutes walk from the main train station. Close to many attractions. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
