A fantastic location, but unfortunately let down by poor room maintenance
6.0The location is very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to downtown and local restaurants. The breakfast provided was decent.
− The stove is quite small, and the exhaust fan was broken. Management never fixed it because they lacked a replacement in their inventory, which forced me to sleep with cooking fumes in the room since there was no window or balcony. Additionally, there are no USB-C charging ports. Since I only had a cable, I messaged management to ask for an adapter plug but received no reply. When I asked the front desk, they were unable to help and simply told me to go buy one at a nearby store. Room furniture needs an upgrade, specially the sofabed, it was not comfy and with rigid mattress
