Nice hotel & good stay
8.0Location was perfect! 10 minutes from the zoo and Newport aquarium, 30 from kings island with traffic. Great food next door, nice and friendly staff, nice size pool and good breakfast.
− I think the pool needed cleaned out and we never had room service as requested but was able to get extra trash bags and towels without any trouble.
It was a wonderful experience and we will stay there again.

− Had a bit of a rough time finding the front door at first . Had to go around the block

8.0New, clean, big room. Great location.
− Check in was not very friendly. Breakfast starts at 7am on Saturday and I had to leave exactly at 7am - no breakfast box was offered even when requested, I mean not even a banana.

Don’t go, spend money elsewhere.
1.0I can’t really say 1 positive thing about this place.
− Very unprofessional. The rooms were dirty, my daughter found a bug on her pillow, the door did not lock correctly, I was charged an extra $50 so I paid over $400 for a room that was disgusting. The pool only goes up to 4 feet, the breakfast was decent though.
It was great!

− Floor in the room wasn’t clean. My husband had dust bunnies on his feet.
