10.0Friendly staff. Everything was great. 2 points that could be improved on: 1. We moved our own laugage as we were not assisted. We were shown the room, given the key and were on our own. 2. Parking was VERY limited. Considering that, recommend people leave their car keys at the front desk or leave their name and number at the front desk. We waited 20 min before someone came to move their car so we could get out. All and all great experience.
