8.0Nice facilities. Clean and convenient location. The only drawback was that there was no AC in the room just central in the building so it got hot at night inside our room. Staff was nice and very friendly. Transportation options were excellent

2.0I showed up, and my bed had hairs on it. The location was dirty feeling and looking. And the woman who was mopping the floor sprayed chemicals by my feet and also mopped my feet when I was waiting in the common area.

10.0This is my go to stay in San Jose. The staff is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the area is great, and the vibe is relaxed. I have nothing at all bad to say about this place and I plan to stay here many more times when I pass through San Jose.

10.0Great hostel. Far away from downtown. But downtown isnt that nice. Can uber there. They have tour pamphlet there if you like. Have a QR cide with local things to do around. Enjoy the quietness too.
