1.0I hated being charged for cleaning fee of 200 dollars. I was falsely accused of smoking cigarettes in the room, blood stains in the room and breaking the sofa bed, I had to come back to the hotel physically and I was told it is a different room not mine. This is absolutely terrible and leaves a bad taste in my mouth and experience. I am still yet to be refunded my 200 dollars cleaning fees and I have called my Bank to dispute that charge but its false.
