8.0Had a wonderful stay at the One Palm Villas. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manila. Very close to the Newport Casino and Mall where you can eat at 2 high-end restaurants.
Will not be booking there again.
4.0Staff was not rude at all but not friendly either. Room and clean and nicely put together. My complaints are about the comfort. Room had washer and dryer but dryer did not work. I need an iron to iron my suit bur there wasnt one on the room. Called down to front desk and they told us no irons on site and couldnt help us. The AC in the room wasnt enough to cool the room down. Was good if standing in front of it but not good when in bed. Bed was worse I ever slept on. It sagged badly in the middle and springs were extremely uncomfortable. Could tell was a very old mattress.

4.0We booked to rooms. Tue staff were nice. The place is only good if your flight is the next day but for staycation I wouldn't reco it. The rooms are kinda old and there were insects crawling all over the floor and sheets has stains on it as if it was not changed for awhile. We didnt enjoy the stay literally. Im glad that our flight was early next morning.

4.0We booked for a king size bed but we were given a queen size we already inform the tenant but nothing was done. There was cockroach in the room. It’s an okay place to stay but not going back there. The only perks is that it’s really close to the airport.
