7.0the room was clean. the staff is very good, very attentive and friendly. the room air conditioning is good. theres ioi mall nearby.
− the room is actually not soundproof, so we can hear noises from other room. and roomcard provided is only one, so it is hard for us to go different way. like if i went out earlier then my family also went out after, so if i want to get back to the room, i need to get the card from my family in order to enter the room. also the air conditioning takes time to make the room cold
