Supersmidigt. Jag fick en kod mailad till mig som funkade finfint! 2-9/6-26 bodde vi i huset. En familj med två vuxna och 3 barn (9, 15 och 17 år). Ett perfekt hus där alla fick varsitt rum. Huset låg bra med närhet till matbutik, marknaden, restauranger och vi hittade alltid parkering precis utanför huset. Skönt med ac även om den inte behövde användas på nätterna, stenhuset höll nere temperaturen. Vi stördes inte av några ljud. Restaurangen som ligger precis bredvid bjöd på mysigt sorl och underbara dofter. Det var perfekt med både tvättmaskin och diskmaskin och att det fanns en flaska vatten och en flaska vin i kylen var en trevlig överraskning! Vi kunde inte haft ett bättre hus!

The villa itself is a very nice, rustic old building. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, and the location is nearly perfect.

− The downstairs shower drain must have been blocked as it filled up quickly and took 30 minutes after each shower to drain. There was also a foul smell at various times, particularly in the upstairs. An additional fridge, perhaps in the pantry, would be ideal for large guest parties as the current one, while large, is not quite big enough for 7 or 8 people (especially given that the tap water cannot be drank in Sineu). One of the bedrooms is not air conditioned. Double glazed windows on the road side of the villa would cut down on the noise from the busy road.

Pool was lovely, the bedroom downstairs was not habitable as their was a very stale / damp smell, same in the dinning room that we didn’t use. To be clear, this was no fault of the cleaners.

Great Villa in a beautiful town of Sineu.

Great location, very close to the shops, restaurants, train station and Sineu historic town square. Although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park on the street in front of the villa pretty much every day. The only problem you might have is on Wednesdays, when the market happens and the town is invaded by tourists. I suggest not to drive anywhere between 9-13 :). Sineu is also positioned in such a way that it takes about 20 minutes to an hour to pretty much any point on the island making it great starting location for any trips. Villa is awesome, plenty of space, everything you need was there. The pool area and the swimming pool itself is great. Loved our breakfasts under the lemon tree :) If you manage to meet the hosts in person they are lovely people as well!

− The hosting agency is so-so, but they were pretty responsive (hosts themselves are great!). Villa is close to the busy road so you can hear the traffic (wasn't a problem for us). Lighting is pretty dim inside, so it always felt a bit dark indoors. BBQ could be better and there were no beach / swimming pool towels provided.

We had a great stay at Moli Can Torres as a group of friends traveling for the 1st time to Mallorca

The big pool is a great asset to have in this location since it is quite far away from any beach. Big size, very clean and large garden that can easily accommodate 7-8 people

− I don't know why a portion of the garden was gated away, but would have been nice to be able to access it too. It's not a dislike, more a "nice to have" for the future maybe
