6.0Andrebbe rinnovato sopratutto a partire dai bagni con i servizi igienici e senza finestra! La camera non male colazione cappuccino e caffè no comment! Diciamo che una bella rinnovata a passo con i tempi sarebbe utile per migliorare !!!! buona fortuna hotel due pini.

2.0esperienza d incubo. Non capisco intanto come possano esserci delle recensioni positive su questa bettola.Viaggio tantissimo ma una truffa e un danno simile non l'ho mai subito. Cominciamo con la prenotazione: prenotata una camera doppia con televisione, minibar e addirittura... una bottiglia di acqua gratuita. Ho avuto una camera con 2 letti, la televisione non funzionante (alla reception mi hanno detto "pazienza provi a muoverla"), minibar vuoto e per la bottiglia si sono pure presi 1 euro. Pazienza dico. Uniamo i letti. Mai l'avessi fatto!! sotto c'era di tutto assieme a 4 dita di polvere ammassata, vermi, insetti e scarafaggi. Pulisco e provo ad aprire la finestra ma... sorpresa. Siamo stati murati vivi da un muro di cemento alto 7-8 metri posto a 2 metri dalla finestra.stanza 110 provare per credere.Dico appendiamo gli abiti e scappiamo da questo inferno e ci torniamo solo per dormire. Ma il bastone reggi abiti nell'armadio era anche rotto. Dramma la mattina al risvaglio. Ci siamo ritrovati sul corpo una serie innumerevole di bolle simili a punture di insetti. In ospedale al ritorno ci hanno detto che erano punture di cimici da letto !! . Ora dico a Voi dirigenti, capi o altro di HOTELS.COM. Perchè non fate dei controlli seri su queste strutture mandando ogni tanto qualcuno in incognito ad esempio. Le recensioni da 10 possono tranquillamente essere manovrate e non è poi tanto difficile. Io mi sento truffato e derubato e tutto il danno subito chi me lo ripaga ?
