Great location -- if you like Bed Bugs!
4.0Great location. Decent facilities. Nice coffee shop within premises.
− Bed Bugs. I had to switch hotels (at my own expenses -- not to mention the cost of doctor's visit and medicines). VERY, VERY noisy. The wifi is intermittent. Did i mention the Bed Bugs??
Well located but lacking in certain basic comforts.

− The general cleanliness of the property could be better. The kitchen only had two very low powered electric stoves which made cooking very long and difficult and limited what we could make and eat at home which should be a basic requisite for a studio apartment. The room also only had one window which opened onto another enclosed space, so at times it felt very dark and there wasn’t much fresh air circulation. The bed was large but the mattress wasn’t the best either.
Never again. Look elsewhere.

− It was freezing. Owner confirmed no heating. No hot water in sinks. Owner confirmed no hot water ever in sinks. Mold in shower. I asked for a refund. Didn’t get anything.

Charming rental that could use some deep cleaning.
4.0Such a pretty apartment with all the charm and possibilities of a very good rental in a vibrant neighborhood. Courtyard was well maintained and most attractive. Location was good. Fantastic coffee shop next door.
− The apartment needed some attention to its cleanliness. A dirty mop and bucket was there to greet when we walked in the door. A sour dish towel was in the kitchen sink. Overall much attention to the place needs to happen. We left early because of the heavy dust and dirt in the rental. I did communicate the lack of hot water and cleaning issues thru booking.com. No return email. I hope these issues get resolved.
