8.0The property was nice and private and only a few minutes drive to amenities. It was clean and fully stocked. The cleaning staff (Leetha) was very kind and regularly communicated with us. Being right on the beach was wonderful, however it would be nice if the seaweed that has washed up on to the sand could be cleared away directly in front of the villa. The property itself could use some TLC and updates in some areas, but overall we were happy and had the most wonderful vacation in Turks & Caicos. A simple beach house is how I would describe it. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t for you.

8.0Villa was nice and clean but needs upgrades villa is very old kinda spooky at night with no yard lights it’s very dark and sits way back from the road way drive way could use improvements as well

10.0The location was good, you will need a car. It was spacious, clean. The view of the ocean was astounding! You walk out of the villa and the ocean is outside of the door. The housekeeper Leetha(sp), is incredible!!
