2.0− The check in process was absolutely miserable. The link to the portal to get the lockbox code didn’t work. The help line uses an AI tool that wasn’t able to get my reservation details or assist in any way. I was desperate to resolve this and on the verge of abandoning my scheduled stay but I was able to get support by texting the number provided. The host then sent a new link that actually worked. Cannot stress enough that this property and host should be avoided by any means necessary.

Exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay
10.0Easy once I figured out how to get the code, I spent some time searching the web portal to figure out where it was, but that was a 'me' problem, not the property
− Traffic noise was a bit much but generally quiet after 10pm or so, so not a big deal. May try to book an even number unit next time that doesn't face the road.
The code we were given for the key lock was not correct but fortunately the site manager happened to coma along and give

− The upstairs loft did not have a wardrobe and it was very bright We wish there had been a dining room table there was certainly space for it.
