8.0It was good, could do a little maintenance on ground surrounding the units. Also maintenance on rooms. All in all it was good for a quick stop.
You get what you pay for!
6.0Inexpensive for sure. Carpet and furniture very dated. Carpet is badly stained and major dust bunnies and some garbage behind the night stand. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. If you're not too fussy .....

4.0Very tiny and crowded. Saggy beds and only double size. It was clean except they forgot to wash the coffee pot and there was a disposable glove on the shelf by the coffee pot. Only two wash clothes in the room for three of us. No phone to call the office for more. And no breakfast . I was under the understanding that a continental breakfast was included. We stayed elsewhere the previous night for less money and a full breakfast was included
