Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us.

Very close to the sanctuaries,and shops and cafes close by, so excellent location. Clean and well furnished, good facilities. Very helpful staff. Breakfast provided if required. I would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed at this apartment hotel for five nights. I needed to have a full kitchen to prepare my meals, and it had everything - oven, microwave, cooktop with four burners and a big fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher. I booked a one bedroom, and it had separate rooms - there was also a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were very nice as well, with a comforter. The windows opened which also helped to circulate the air quickly. I originally booked the top (9th floor), as I usually always book the top floor for it to be quieter. However, the 9th floor has sloped ceilings and the rooms are very small and cramped, smaller than the other floors. The windows are smaller also, and the ceilings are lower. I asked for a different room for the next four nights, and they kindly gave me another room, which was excellent. Ask for a room with a view of the river and the castle. It was a very lovely view from the third floor, where the new room was. It wasn’t too bad for noise, in the evening, there are a lot of locals out and sometimes there is a fair bit of noise from the street until quite late at night. However, the hotel itself was quiet, I did hear the neighbours occasionally, but generally it was very quiet and I slept very well here. They offer a nice breakfast for 10€, but I didn’t eat it, as I had to prepare and eat all of my own food. It was very close to the Grotto, about 6 min walk. There is a larger grocery store, Carrefour city, about 15 min walk. There is also a market and a marketplace grocery with fresh fish, meats and fruit and veggies and ready prepared food. It was an excellent stay! Thanks so much to Veronique and the other guy that worked at the desk. I hope to return again and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was advertised as a 4 star and I would have rated it a 2.5. The Queen bed was actually two twins that separated and not good mattresses. I would not stay there again or recommend.
