Posizione strategica per essere subito in centro
8.0L’hotel si trova in centro, sulla via principale ma la struttura è molto tranquilla. Il parcheggio sotterraneo convenzionato attraverso un ascensore ha l’accesso diretto alla reception. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perchè non era inclusa nella nostra offerta.
− Purtroppo uno dei due ascensori non era funzionante, quindi l’altro era abbastanza impegnato. Ovviamente si potevano prendere le scale ma dalla nostra stanza erano un pò un labirinto.

Modern, comfortable hotel, conveniently and centrally located.
8.0Located in the middle of Salzburg, 1min from main street, but in a very quiet backyard. Very clean. Easy to reach as parking garage is right underneath.
− Bed was too small for a hotel of this category.
Todo bien salvo lo más importante el buen trato con el husesped
7.0Todo bien, el personal jerárquico no me atendió a la altura del hotel, bajé a preguntar a la recepción y la gerente la verdad me atendió muy mal, con mucha soberbia y con poca empatía. La cual me sorprendió sus respuestas ante una situación básica de solicitud de un hotel.
