2.0Even thought they let Orbitz/Expedia list as air conditioned it is definately not air conditioned. No units in rooms or central. Yes, it cools down at night but my room was almost 30 degrees. No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking

8.0The location was centrally located along the mail road. As I was assigned a room not facing the road and did not have a window, I did not hear any road noise. Tanah Rata is a small town so almost everyplace was within a few minute's walk. The room came with two bottles of drinking water, coffee pouches, electric kettle and a tv which in addition to local channels a movie channel.
