1.0Nothing at all. This place is not a hotel; it is a location that preys on the fear and lack of safety of its guests.
− I felt very unsafe during my stay. In the middle of the night, I heard terrifying sound effects and could clearly hear mechanical door locks clicking and being manipulated in the corridor. Since this building also houses a horror Escape Room, it was impossible to distinguish between a real threat and "entertainment." NO ONE INFORMED ME that such activities take place here. As a security professional, I find it unacceptable that guests are exposed to such psychological distress and sounds of door interference without any warning. It was a terrifying experience, not a place for rest.

8.0Staff are superb - nothing is too much trouble. Room was spacious, with a massive bed. Bowling alley and table soccer in a Hotel was a first 🙌 Check-in was quick and easy
− Considering there was a large group of us staying, the Kitchen weren’t prepared for us, staff-wise on Friday night. The room was ice-cold the first night, and there was no way to turn down the AC, and the radiator didn’t come on.
