6.0We rented a standard 3 bedroom and it was sufficient space for a months stay. The house requires a deep clean and an upgrade on a lot of its amenities. The communication with property management was superb. Not able to see pictures of unit before arrival. That was a disappointment.

6.02nd time using this company. There is no way to know which property one is getting. The house itself looks nice from the start; deeper cleaning could/should be done. POOL HEAT - at this location, if the outside temp drops below 50 at night, the pool water will not be heated. We had three of our nights there without heated pool water. If I understand it correctly, it’s because it’s a heat pump and not a gas heater. IF this is a have-to for you, be aware. It was a disappointment for us.
