This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted outside and cigaret butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. Violation of the nonsmoking policy will result in a charge of USD $250. Using pools and it’s surroundings is at your own risk, children should not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed. Automatic eviction and forfeit of deposit and rent if violated. No parties are allowed. The accommodations is only for the use of the number of people authorized in the registration form. In case of additional guests, it must be notified. No fireworks. Any evidence of fireworks may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
