− Muitas coisas. O café da manhã é a sobra do outro dia. Os quartos possuem uma fechadura de senha que todos sabem qual e isso inspira insegurança ao hóspede. O banheiro tem uma louça preta de extremo mal gosto e não há um armário ou prateleira. O ar condicionado funciona mal. A atendente do café da manhã é invasiva e tem uma simpatia excessiva.

− Já ficamos outras vezes nesse hotel, mas agora nas janelas dos quartos possuem frestas que se alguém encostar pode ver tudo no quarto, além do incomodo da luz quando amanhece.
