10.0What a charming hotel! We had a very lovely stay. Very spacious and modern room, free parking, breakfast and wifi. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

4.0Hot rooms. Thermostat set at 23 degrees celcius-- can't be changed to suit guests' desired room temperature. I was told that aircon was centralised. What's the use of the thermostat control in the rooms??? They provided 2 standing fans-- one of them was taped together (falling apart). Water dispenser on the 2nd flr was broker-- had to go to the 3rd flr to refill water jug. Buffet breakfast only served local Filipino food-- no international breakfast option. Hotel experience in the hotel was not worth the money.

4.0The fridge was working then stopped working overnight. My aunt's eye drops that needed to be kept in cool storage were compromised overnight. My aunt also ordered o.elet for breakfast. The cook forgot to make it. The coffee dispenser ran out of milk then ran out of coffee. There was a long queue of guests waiting for coffee.
