Little slice of paradise. Beautiful tropical rainforest outlook, was nice and secluded when in the resort but still close to heaps of nice restaurants and things. Note: breakfast is to order not a buffet. Air quality outside was so good I could turn off the aircon and have the balcony doors open in the afternoon.

− My friends I went with had problems with their air conditioning, it would keep turning off after 20 minutes or so, it was never properly fixed, we did only ask reception once to fix it though so probably should have made more of an effort to get help. We stayed in rooms at the very top of the resort and could sometimes hear people coming and going but not a big deal.

Excellent location close to Ubud main attractions. Peaceful hotel with a gorgeous pool overlooking the jungle. Very helpful staff.

L’établissement était très bien et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. À noter toutefois que, pour accéder au restaurant, il faut monter et descendre un grand nombre de marches. Cela peut être contraignant pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Nous avions choisi la formule avec petit-déjeuner. Celui-ci est proposé à la carte, avec plusieurs options incluses , Ma fille a adoré les pancakes à la banane. Il est également possible de demander un petit-déjeuner à emporter (take away) si vous partez tôt en excursion. En revanche, certains plats ou boissons sont proposés avec un supplément. La piscine est très agréable, entourée de verdure, ce qui offre un cadre calme et reposant. En raison de la végétation et de l’emplacement de l’hôtel, elle est cependant rapidement à l’ombre dans l’après-midi. Après nos journées d’activités, lorsque nous rentrions à l’hôtel, il n’y avait donc plus beaucoup de soleil autour de la piscine. Ce n’est pas un point négatif, mais une information utile pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter de la piscine en fin de journée. L’hôtel est situé à proximité du centre-ville d’Ubud. Il est facile de s’y rendre à pied ou en Grab. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous recommandons cet établissement et y séjournerions à nouveau avec plaisir.

We were able to cancel our booking 2 hours after arrival with no implications.

− Not a family friendly hotel. There’s way too many stairs just to reach your room, then more to get to the pool area. The aircon alone was horrible, did not cool the room at all. We cancelled our booking shortly after arriving. Do not recommend for families, especially with young children.

Das Personal hat sein bestes gegeben! Wenn renoviert wird besteht Potenzial!

− Sehr viele störende Ameisen und tiere im Zimmer und Bett. Balkontüre und Eingangstüre haben einen großen Spalt unten! Elektrogeräte sehr alt und abgegriffen und ranzig! Sehr laut in der Nacht! Haben nach der 1. Nacht Hotel gewechselt... Glas am Foto stand für 2h am Tisch und war voll mit Ameisen!
