The property provided perfect preliminary communication. They accept dogs of big breeds. The location is perfect - 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Very clean, comfortable. We were met and accommodated by the hostess who was so welcoming and friendly. Everything needed is available at the house - inclusive coffee and other things. I highly recommend the property and will come back for sure!

The house is very nice you have everything you possibly need for a pleasant stay. Walking distance to an excellent beach with amazing water. The closest restaurant offered the best food we have tasted in Greece so far.

The house and yard are perfect – very comfortable, impeccably clean, and fully equipped. The location is excellent: everything is nearby, yet the place is peaceful and quiet, away from the noise. I have no words to describe Theodora, our wonderful host – kind, gracious, and thoughtful. She welcomed us warmly and even saw us off with lovely gifts. Heartfelt recommendations – we will definitely be back!

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus, tolle Terrasse, Grundstück und Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Theodora ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

After years of travelling through Greece, we have found a second home.

After many years of travelling around Greece with my wife, we think that we have found without exaggeration the best accommodation - the best place for a holiday that we were looking for and that met and exceeded all our expectations. And it will definitely be a place we will return to for the first time after years of Greek holidays. We were travelling for the first time with a one year old baby and the accommodation fulfilled everything you could ask for for a relaxing and awesome holiday: The house is really just a short walk from the sea, so the walk to the beach and back is a few minutes. Just a few dozen meters from the house is a great shop where they have all the essentials. Otherwise there is a supermarket in the resort. Oh, and the house itself. The olive grove provides shade around the house and, more importantly, isolates you from the world out there beyond the fence. It really is a peaceful place to enjoy your quiet holiday, despite the fact that by the second week of June the resort was already getting more tourists. We still had our oasis of calm. We were met on arrival by members of the owners family and were given all the important information. We arrived much later than originally announced - not a problem. There was no problem with anything else, the owners are incredibly accommodating. The place is also a great starting point for exploring not only the surrounding area. Worth mentioning is the Acheron River, which is really beautiful. Regarding the equipment of the house: well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher - everything we need. In the next village in the harbour you can buy fish from the fishermen in the morning, bake it, and in the evening with wine in the olive grove on the terrace you have your Greek dream. On departure the owners delighted us with gifts. I don't know what else to write. The stay flew by and already my wife and I are looking forward to returning next year.
