Cheap but poor service and quite a long walk to Haram.
5.0Once may be at has its glory but over the years it has lost its charm.
− Firstly, the receptionists treated us as if we were just some asylums arrived at 3 am in the morning claiming to have a booking . He talked to us very badly and asked my booking. Com reference number . Given a long flight and another long journey from Jeddah we were tired and could not find the ref no our App ( despite having an eSIM and our own internet connection) I reputedly requested to check with our names but the guy behind the desk would not take anything else . After checking his computer along with many interruptions by others he finally found something but without telling me that he got our booking he asked for our visa and passport and visa. Then he showed us a QR code and asked me to send him all our visa . I said we have all printed . He kindly agreed and took one passport and one visa . Then he gave me the key but no help with our luggage . He said there is none at that early hours of the day . But as a three start at such a busy destination the hotel must keep their man ready to help guests coming and going 24 hours a day .
