Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.

Pleasant resort

This was a nice ,tidy and quiet resort set back from the main road. The room was a fair size and clean with a comfortable bed and TV, air con and WiFi all worked ok. Ideal for a one night stay if passing through.

Quiet Hotel, Helpful and Friendly Staff

The staff are very accommodating. They went out of their way to be helpful. They drove me to 7Eleven so I could stock up on food etc. They also gave me a lift to the next motorbike shop rental - all without wanting a tip. The room is clean and the hotel is situated in a quiet location, which makes it perfect for sleeping. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surat Thani. ที่พักอยู่ไม่ห่างจากถนนใหญ่ ห้องพักกว้างสบายมีที่จอดรถเฉพาะหลัง สงบไม่พลุกพล่าน ที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ พนักงานต้อนรับที่รับเช็คอินแล้วถามลูกค้าเคยมาพักที่นี่รึยัง ตอบไม่เคยมาครั้งแรก_เธอก็บอกห้อง... เลี้ยวซ้ายแล้วก็ขวา ยืนรอสักพักน่าจะไม่มีพนักงานไปส่ง ต้องถามว่ากุญแจอยู่ที่ห้อง? ปล่าวจ้ากุญแจก็ไม่ให้เรา เพลียใจจริงจัง ถึงห้องพักต้องหาทางเปิดแอร์ทีวีตู้เย็นเอง หาสวิสต์เบรกเกอร์เอง อีกอย่างที่พักไม่มีบริการกาต้มน้ำและชุดกาแฟ มีบริการเฉพาะกาต้มน้ำ 1 เครื่องที่ฟร้อนต์ (เพื่อบริการชงชากาแฟบะหมี่สำเร็จรูปที่วางจำหน่ายมากกว่า) ฟร้อนต์ไม่ค่อยสะอาด บรรยากาศไม่น่านั่งพักผ่อน. สรุป..โดยรวมที่พักดี แต่การบริการควรปรับปรุง
