8.0El piso está muy bien ubicado, junto a la playa. Es amplio y con un balcón cerrado muy práctico. Hay una buena piscina comunitaria. La plaza de garaje es grande.
− Las ventanas corren mal y varias persianas no funcionan. La corriente eléctrica se corta muchas veces con poco consumo. Hay que cambiar el limitador eléctrico general pues, aunque es de 25 amperios (lo cual es suficiente), estará dañado, se calienta y salta.
